What is therapy?

Therapy is a collaborative relationship whose purpose is to help you gain a better understanding and insight about yourself. A therapist is a figure independent from the rest of your life whose role is to facilitate gaining perspective.

Therapy can help improve your relationship with yourself and others, find a way forward when you feel stuck and make sense of your identity, your choices and your desires.

I believe that my role as a therapist is to foster your own curiosity about yourself and that therapy is most successful when it helps you to ask yourself the right questions.

Therapy generally consists of weekly sessions, taking place at the same time every week.

I offer 50-minute sessions to adult clients.

My fee is £65 per session.

I can work both in English and in Italian.

You can contact me for a free phone consultation before booking a session.
