What is therapy?
Therapy is a collaborative relationship whose purpose is to help you gain a better understanding and insight about yourself. A therapist is a figure independent from the rest of your life whose role is to facilitate gaining perspective.

Therapy can help improve your relationship with yourself and others, find a way forward when you feel stuck and make sense of your identity, your choices and your desires.

I believe that my role as a therapist is to foster your own curiosity about yourself and that therapy is most successful when it helps you to ask yourself the right questions.
